Welcome to VIDIARI. These terms are the agreement between you and VIDIARI when you use vidiari.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.

What VIDIARI is

VIDIARI surfaces content trends and helps you turn ideas into short-form video material. Some of what you see is generated by software and third-party data sources, which means it can be incomplete, out of date, or plain wrong. Trend data and generated content are provided for inspiration, not as fact or professional advice. Check anything that matters before you publish it.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use VIDIARI.
• Keep your sign-in methods to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give us accurate information and keep it current.

Your content

What you make with VIDIARI is yours. We claim no ownership over the ideas you save or the scripts and videos you create. You give us only the permission we need to store and display that content back to you — that's what running the service means.

You're responsible for what you do with content after it leaves VIDIARI, including following the rules of the platforms you publish to (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others) and the rights of anyone whose work appears in your videos.

Fair use of the service

Don't:

• Break the law or help anyone else break it
• Try to break into, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others
• Resell or scrape the service without our written permission

We can suspend or close accounts that do these things.

Pricing

VIDIARI is free to use today. Paid plans are coming; when they arrive, prices and what they include will be shown clearly before you're ever charged, and these terms will be updated to cover billing.

Our brand

The VIDIARI name, logo, and design are ours. Don't use them in ways that suggest we endorse you or your content without asking first.

The honest fine print

VIDIARI is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it fast, safe, and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or right. To the fullest extent the law allows, VIDIARI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — like lost profits or lost data — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or what you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Nothing here limits rights that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending things

You can stop using VIDIARI and delete your account at any time — email us and it's done, along with your data. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Changes and contact
